How do I return an item?
Damages, wrong items, short delivered items.
Please check your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered. You must advise us of any damages within 14 working days following delivery. You must advise us of any wrong items and short delivered items within 14 working days of receiving your order.
To ensure a speedy response, you should notify us by telephone (Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm) on 0161 839 2223, or email email@example.com.
Please make sure you quote your invoice number which can be found at the top right hand corner of the invoice. The invoice will either be inside the box or sealed in a plastic documents enclosed wallet and stuck to the outside of the box or packaging.
Goods are returned to us
*We do not send replacement items after a return has been made. Instead, we will issue a refund.
