How do I place an order for pickup?

When placing your order at www.fashionscarfworld.co.uk, you will be prompted to proceed to our checkout page. Under the delivery section on the checkout page, please choose the "Pick Up" option if you wish to collect your order from our showroom.
Is Pickup in Store Free?

Yes in store pickup is free.
When can I collect my order?

Collection is available Monday to Friday from 10am – 4:00pm. We will send you an email once your order is ready to collect.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Please expect slight delays during busier periods such as Christmas.

Minimum order total applies. Kindly note, orders paid via Bank Transfer may take longer to process.
What do I need to bring to be able to pick up my order at the showroom?

Please bring with you your Order Number, as well as the relevant purchaser’s information.

If your country is not listed above, we will contact you to provide a shipping quote once your order has been processed, based on the order you have submitted.

Deliveries to countries outside the UK are not liable for VAT, therefore we will deduct this from your invoice. Please note that you will be liable to pay the Import Duty and Tax in your own country.
