How do I place an order for pickup?
When placing your order at www.fashionscarfworld.co.uk, you will be prompted to proceed to our checkout page. Under the delivery section on the checkout page, please choose the "Pick Up" option if you wish to collect from our showroom.
Is Pickup in Store Free?
Yes in store pickup is free.
What do I need to bring to be able to pick up my order at the showroom?
Please bring with you your Order Number, as well as the relevant purchaser’s information.

1. If your country is not listed above, we will contact you to provide a shipping quote once your order has been processed, based on the order you have submitted.
2. If your order contains large, bulky, or majority sale items (e.g. Boxes/ thick winter scarves), extra shipping costs may apply. We will contact you with a shipping quote.
3. Deliveries to countries outside the UK are not liable for VAT, therefore we will deduct this from your invoice. Please note that you will be liable to pay the Import Duty and Tax in your own country.
4. Please note that all our delivery times are only guidelines based on our courier company's information. Delivery time does not include your local customs processing time.
5. Order before 11:30 AM for same day dispatch (not including weekend & peak seasons e.g. Christmas).
6. Please note International payments made by Bank Transfer will take longer to process. It can take around 3 working days for us to receive your payment.
7. We now offer a DHL quotation! If you would like an alternative shipping option from our standard service, please select the 'DHL Quote Request' option at the checkout. We will then email a DHL shipping quote once your order has been processed.
