Damages, wrong items, short delivered items
Please check your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered. You must advise us of any damages, any wrong items and short delivered items within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please make sure you quote your invoice number which can be found at the top left hand corner of the invoice. The invoice will either be inside the box or sealed in a plastic documents enclosed wallet and stuck to the outside of the box or packaging.
Goods are returned to us with our consent and at your expense within 14 days of the date of delivery.
1. You must contact us to get a RMA number before returning any items to us. Our Customer Services will provide you with a RMA reference number.
2. Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging.
3. Please return items in a sale-able, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging.
We recommend that you use Royal Mail 2nd Class (Recorded is optional) and keep your proof of postage. We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 working days.
* Please note we do not offer an exchange service by post . Instead, we will issue a refund.
