Damages, wrong items, short delivered items
Please check your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered. You
must advise us of any damages, any wrong items and short delivered items within 14 working
days of receiving your order.

Please make sure you quote your invoice number which
can be found at the top right hand corner of the invoice. The invoice will
either be inside the box or sealed in a plastic documents enclosed wallet and
stuck to the outside of the box or packaging.
Goods are returned to us with our consent and at your expense within 14 days of the date

returning any items to us. Our Customer Services will provide you with a RMA

your proof of postage. We
are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or
damaged in the post.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or
refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we
can. Payment will be refunded within 14 day working days.

by post. Instead, we will issue a refund.
