Collection is available Monday to Friday from 11am – 3:00pm.

We’ll send you an email once your order is ready to collect. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Yes in store pickup is free.

What do I need to bring to be able to pick up my order at the showroom?

Please bring with you your Order Number, as well as the relevant purchaser’s information.

When will my order be ready to collect?

We aim to process all Pick Up orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Please expect slight delays during busier periods such as Christmas.

3. Deliveries to countries outside the UK are not liable for VAT, therefore we will deduct this from your invoice. Please Kindly note that you will be liable to pay the Import Duty and Tax in your own country.

4. Please Kindly note that all our delivery times are only guidelines based on our courier company's information. Delivery time does not include your local customs processing time.
