Is there a problem with your order?

We quality check all our items before they leave our warehouse. Although if your order contains any damages or missing/incorrect items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How to notify us:

Please carefully check your order when you receive your delivery.

If there is a problem please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please notify us on 0161 839 2223 or email and provide the following information:

-Your order/invoice number.

- Product codes/quantities, along with any other relevant information.

Returns Policy:

Goods are returned to us with our consent and at your expense within 14 working days of the delivery.

· We will provide you with an RMA number and information for your return items.

· Please clearly label the returning parcel with your RMA number.

· All items must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

We try to process refunds as quickly as possible; your refund will be processed within 14 working days, once we have received your returned goods.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are not returned within 14 working days.

* We do not offer an exchange service by post; a refund will be issued instead.

* We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.
