On each product page you will find minimum order quantities. Our system will not allow you to check out if your order does not reach our minimum quantity rules per style.
To proceed to the checkout page, the total value of your basket must meet the Minimum Order Spend amount. This value is £80+VAT.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we cannot ship your order until we receive your payment.
GB: Yes, we have to charge 20% VAT on all orders (excluding Channel Islands).
EU/Rest Of The World: From 1 January 2021 no VAT will be charged on any orders placed outside of GB. Customers who place orders outside of GB may be liable to pay VAT once their order reaches their country.
You will be asked to fill in your shipping details when you register an account with us. If your country is not on the list of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. Please see our Shipping & Delivery, or email us with any enquiries.

Please login to your account to view your ‘Order Status’. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If any of your contact/company details have changed, please log in to your account to make any changes by clicking the ‘EDIT’ button underneath your address, and click ‘UPDATE ADDRESS’ to save the changes.
Please apply your coupon code when prompted at the checkout page. You should then see a new order total with the applied discount.
If you are an existing customer, you can use the product images. Unfortunately, you cannot use our model images due to copyright reasons.
Countries outside of the UK may be subject to customs and/or duty fees on receipt of order. Prices vary from country to country.
Accounts that have been inactive for a while may be suspended. If you think your account has been suspended, you can call us on 0161 839 2223, and one of our team will be happy to help.
Accounts created without full company name and address will be removed from the system.
