Collection is available Monday to Friday from 11am – 3:00pm.

We’ll send you an email once your order is ready to collect. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Please expect slight delays during busier periods such as Christmas. Minimum order total applies. Kindly note, orders paid via Bank Transfer may take longer to process.


How do I order for pickup?

When placing your order at www.FashionScarfWorld.co.uk, you will be prompted to proceed to check out. While in cart, please choose the "Pick Up" option if you wish to collect from our showroom.

Is Pickup in Store Free?

Yes in store pickup is free.

What do I need to bring to be able to pick up my order at the showroom?

Please bring with you your Order Number, as well as the relevant purchaser’s information.

1. Free shipping only applies within the UK in a single order delivered to a single address.

2. Zone Two: Delivery time will take longer to the Scottish Highlands.

Shipping/Delivery:

1. If your country is not listed above, after we pick and pack your order we will contact you to provide a shipping quote based on the order you have submitted.

 

2. If your order contains large, bulky, or majority sale items (eg. Boxes/ thick winter scarves), extra shipping costs may apply. We will contact you with a shipping quote.

 

3. Deliveries to countries outside the UK are not liable for VAT, therefore we will deduct this from your invoice. Please Kindly note that you will be liable to pay the Import Duty and Tax in your own country.

 

4. Please Kindly note that all our delivery times are only guidelines based on our courier company's information. Delivery time does not include your local customs processing time.
