When placing your order at www.mocarthome.co.uk, you will be prompted to proceed to our checkout page. Under the delivery section on the checkout page, please choose the "Pick Up" option if you wish to collect your order from our showroom.

Yes in store pickup is free.
When can I collect my order?

Collection is available Monday to Friday from 10am – 4:00pm. We will send you an email once your order is ready to collect.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (not including weekends). Please expect slight delays during busier periods such as Christmas.

Minimum order total applies. Kindly note, orders paid via Bank Transfer may take longer to process.
What do I need to bring to be able to pick up my order at the showroom?
